Payment Policy

Online payment through this Website is not yet enabled. Course fees are currently arranged directly with our admissions team through the enquiry process. This policy describes the terms that will apply once online payment is introduced, and the general terms that already apply to fee arrangements made directly with us.

Course fees will be clearly stated at the time of enrollment. Fees are subject to change for future intakes, but the fee agreed upon at the time you enroll in a specific course will not change for the duration of that course.

The following default refund terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of enrollment:

• Full refund: if you withdraw at least 7 days before your course's official start date.

• 50% refund: if you withdraw less than 7 days before the start date, but before the course has begun.

• No refund: once the course has started, except in cases of documented medical emergency or other exceptional circumstances, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis at ICAQS's discretion.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method where possible.
